Cancellation of a lesson must be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time. As the studio has very limited availability to allocate a make-up lesson the lesson will be carried over to the next week aka a ”carry over lesson” ( Make up lessons will only be provided as an exception, if the roster allows an available time for that particular week. You can contact me or your allocated teacher when missing a lesson and we will try to offer another available slot, such as another students’ cancellation.
No shows or failure to notify the teacher within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson and will be charged.
No more than 1 cancellation per set of 4 lessons. Second cancellation within your set of 4 lessons will be considered a forfeited lesson
Tuition fees are non-refundable
Give teacher two weeks notice if you decide to stop taking lessons altogether
HOLIDAYS/SCHOOL BREAKS
Lessons will be continued during holidays and school breaks. Please advise your teacher with advanced notice in regards to your availability.
24 H cancellation policy still applies during the holidays.
Payments
When a payment is not received by the due date, you will receive a reminder via email or SMS. In the event that payment is more than 7 days overdue, a $50 late payment fee applies.
We accept payment by Cash, Electronic Fund Transfer and PayID. Tuition fees are non-refundable. Should you continue with your lessons, all fees are due prior to the 1st lesson in the next set.
